RAPS is short for Regional Animal Protection Society, a registered charity and operator of a sanctuary which houses and cares for nearly 500 homeless or abandoned cats in Richmond, BC, Canada. The Neko Files is a celebration of the sanctuary and all those who live and work there.

Shelley

Shelley is the other half of the once inseparable Salty&Shelley duo and a bright-eyed girl with an expressive tail.

She can be recognized quite easily by her fondness for carrying this tail of hers in a big sweeping arch over her back.

Shelley and Salty aren't wrap-arms-around-each-other close like they were when they first came to the sanctuary and are happy to spend time with other cats. Still, they don't forget to exchange a little question-mark tail greeting if they happen to cross paths.

Salty and Shelley

Active, attractive and intelligent... here's yet another cat who gives off a strong vibe of barely tapped potential. I need to scour the copywriting resources out there for a good subliminal font that might help here.
